About This Plan

This rustic Mountain styled home has Craftsman flair incorporated into a gorgeous exterior façade. The use of stacked stone, siding and a covered front porch with timber supported beam lends visual interest to the home and creates a beautiful façade. The equally stunning interior floor plan offers an abundance of living space in excess of 2,200 square feet and, there is an additional 287 square foot bonus room and daylight basement. The open concept design starts in the foyer and extends to the rear of the home. The spacious foyer is open to the formal dining room which features column detailing and a triple window wall. The large great room is the perfect space to entertain large gatherings of family and friends and there is an optional see-thru fireplace separating the great room and sunroom. Both the sunroom and casual breakfast room have sun exposure through the entire rear wall of the home which features a multitude of window views.
