About This Plan

Wide open spaces and a great cabin “vibe” abound in this natural house plan. The exterior of the home features log siding, a front covered porch and an optional screened porch creating the ultimate in outdoor living space. Two bedrooms and two baths are incorporated into the approximately 1,300 square feet of living space. Additionally, there is a daylight basement level which has plenty of unfinished space and a covered terrace. The unfinished basement space could be expanded to include a workshop, artist’s studio or a family recreation room; of course, it could be utilized as storage space, as well. The main level of the home is accessed from the outstanding 28’x6’ covered front porch which is an inviting and relaxing addition to the home. The amazing great room is vaulted, has awesome window views and a handsome fireplace which is just perfect for chilly nights. The casual dining room is surrounded on both sides by a multitude of windows and provides optional screened porch access ideal for outdoor dining.
