About This Plan

This Cottage house plan features an attractive exterior façade that is highlighted with charming detail that includes wide eaves, open gables, a brick perimeter and an aesthetically pleasing front covered porch. The porch features open railing, brick pillars and wide tapered beams along with great space in which to relax and/or greet family and guests. Imagine sitting on the front porch with a tall glass of iced tea while visiting with neighbors and watching the day go by. This home would make the perfect vacation or “forever” home for young professionals, a small family or empty nesters with all its charming detail. The interior floor plan is quite functional and spacious; there are approximately 1,147 square feet of usable living space which incorporates two bedrooms and two baths into the home’s interior. Nine foot ceilings dominate the floor plan and actually begin on the front covered porch where you step into the home’s living room.
