About This Plan

This attractive Traditional house plan features a low maintenance brick exterior with a hip roof, overhead gables, beautiful window views and a covered alcove entryway. The interior floor plan is highlighted with approximately 1,270 square feet of living space. The one story house design contains three bedrooms and two baths in a split bedroom plan and the open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and/or family time. The home is situated on a slab foundation; however, there are options for either a crawl space or basement foundation, the latter being well-suited for expanding now or in the future. The two car front entry garage features good vehicle space and a small storage room at the rear edge. The main entrance into the home opens onto the foyer which has garage access and the ability to travel to the secondary bedrooms. Bedrooms two and three are similarly sized; one has a large walk-in closet, the other features plentiful closet space. There is a nearby shared hall bath with large vanity, a toilet area and a tub/shower combination. The master suite is located at the rear of the home for privacy and features large rooms and modern amenities. The master bedroom is spacious with a trey ceiling, wonderful window views and an attached walk-in master closet. An en suite bath is highlighted with dual sinks, a separate shower, garden tub and private toilet area.

There is a hall laundry room before accessing the open common rooms where the living room is first revealed. The living room is huge with a corner fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a rear wall of windows. The kitchen opens onto both the living room and dining room with a center island featuring an eat-in breakfast bar for additional seating options. The gourmet kitchen also boasts of a separate pantry and plenty of additional counter and cabinet space. The dining room is beautifully appointed with 9’ ceilings and a wall of windows allowing for a sundrenched space to dine and gather with family and friends.
