About This Plan

This charming Traditional house plan features warm and inviting exterior elements and an interior floor plan that is efficiently designed and functional. The façade consists of horizontal siding, an overhead gable displaying wide eaves, an exterior brick chimney and great window views. The accompanying front covered porch adds structure and balance to home’s exterior and is a wonderful spot for greeting family and friends or casually relaxing. The interior floor plan is highlighted with approximately 1,333 square feet of living space that includes three bedrooms, two baths and an open floor plan. The addition of multiple window views and nine foot ceiling heights results in a light and airy home interior. The one story plan features foyer entrance off the front covered porch which immediately opens onto the common rooms. There is a large living room with vaulted ceilings, a handsome fireplace and front window views. The subsequent dining room and kitchen feature two alternate dining spaces; one with a three wall window view and the other a breakfast bar center island. Plenty of counter and cabinet space are also available and there is a walk-in pantry as well. The side covered porch is a beautiful spot for morning coffee, entertaining or relaxing with a novel and cool summertime drink. There is a two car side entry garage with good vehicle and storage space before accessing the garage entrance into the home where there are two closets and a laundry room.

The three bedrooms and two baths round out the home nicely wrapping around the remaining perimeter of the home. Bedrooms two and three are equal sized, measuring 10’ x 11’, both have walk-in closets and window views. There is a shared hall bath offering a vanity, toilet area and a tub/shower combination. The master suite is rear positioned and spans the width of the home before abutting the side porch. The master bedroom is spacious and is highlighted with a sitting area featuring window views onto the rear porch. There is an en suite master bath with separate double vanities, a garden tub, separate shower and toilet area. The master walk-in closet is located beyond the bath for privacy and convenience.
