About This Plan

Beautiful detailing lines the clean exterior of this Traditional home where a front covered porch is offset, split gables adorn the roofline and abundant stacked stone elements decorate a front wall and the perimeter of the garage. This Ranch styled home features approximately 1,426 square feet of living space; while compact, the home’s efficient interior is highlighted with three bedrooms, two baths and an open layout. The front foyer enjoys 10’ ceiling heights that continue throughout the main living and dining areas creating a spacious and open feel within the home. There is a large living room which houses a warming fireplace flanked by picturesque window views and screened porch access. The casual dining space is sun drenched with double window views overlooking the screened porch and opening onto the kitchen. The grand kitchen features an angled eating bar and a separate pantry before heading into the family laundry room which is conveniently located off the two car garage. Within the garage’s 547 square feet of space are a workshop area and an additional storage room; great for woodworking, a potting bench and gardening tools and/or a car maintenance platform.
The split bedroom plan provides privacy for the master retreat where there is a large bedroom with window views and 9’ ceilings along with an en suite master bath highlighted with double vanities, a separate shower and a garden tub. There is an enormous master walk-in closet at the rear of the bath; it features door entry to avoid moisture and privacy. Two spacious bedrooms are directly situated on the opposite side of the home; each bedroom features window views, 9’ ceiling heights and plentiful closet space. Between the two rooms are a linen closet and a shared hall bath with a tub/shower combination. This home displays a beautiful exterior and an interior floor plan that is functional and complete for a small family or young professionals.
