About This Plan

This attractive exterior façade is brimming with superb architectural design features which provide an enormous amount of curb appeal. The Ranch home sprawls outward and encompasses in excess of 3,257 square feet of space containing five bedrooms and three plus baths; a perfect home for a large and active family with its use of well appointed and spacious rooms. The home’s exterior features modern construction elements juxtaposed with traditional styling that combines for a stunning exterior and includes stacked stone, window dormers, Palladian styled windows and a grand soaring covered entrance featuring the “wow” factor all homeowners desire. The efficient interior layout incorporates plenty of entertaining and private family space in such a manner as to graciously welcome family and friends while also maintaining a sense of privacy. Cathedral ceilings dominate the spacious foyer where there is an art niche and entrance into the vaulted living room where cathedral ceilings continue. The offset formal dining room features arched openings, soaring ceiling heights and a double window view. There is a U-shaped kitchen that is enormous and features great space to work and prep meals while conversing with family members and/or guests. There is a large center island and peninsula bar, an expansive walk-in pantry and loads of additional counter and cabinet space that opens onto the breakfast nook and family room. The family room features a handsome fireplace flanked by picturesque window views and transom windows overhead. The casual dining space is bright and airy with rear porch access where cathedral ceilings are once again featured and the porch narrows slightly while extending past the master bedroom and half bath for guests.
Two family styled bedrooms are situated on one side of the home and feature good floor space, generous closet space and an adjacent full bath with linen closet is nearby. There is an enormous laundry room conveniently located off the three car side loading garage along with storage room and access to the second floor bonus room. The bonus room contains 355 square feet of space and could function as a fifth bedroom or home office due to its private vaulted space and enclosed half bath. There is a fourth bedroom situated close to the master suite which could be utilized as a home office/study or a nursery for a small child. The master suite is truly luxurious and features a completely private oasis that includes a large bedroom with double step trey ceiling, optional transom windows and private access onto the rear covered porch. His and her oversized walk-in closets have privacy doors within the en suite bath where dual lavatories, a perfume ledge, a separate shower, compartmentalized toilet area and a sumptuous garden tub with ledge and triple bay window feature. Enormous space outlines the interior and garage while a traditional attractive exterior is highlighted on the facade of the one story home.
