About This Plan

For those who love the nuance of a black house plan or the traditional white farmhouse, this Modern Farmhouse plan offers a gorgeous home design showcasing color options of the potential of what this home could look like. This 4-bedroom Modern Farmhouse includes 2.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, and great amenities inside the house and out. The exterior showcases a farmhouse design with traditional board and batten, contrasting wooden elements, a covered porch, and a deep, covered reach porch with a wood-burning fireplace. The rear porch makes for a fantastic relaxing/entertaining area with a pool closet, if you choose to build one on your lot, and access to the half bathroom for convenience.


An 18-foot ceiling with an exposed window greets you right in the foyer with an opening to the dining room.
