What's not included: House plans do not typically include mechanical, plumbing, or truss drawings. Additionally, some jurisdictions require a local architect or engineer to make adjustments to the plan to comply with local building codes. We advise you to check with your local building department regarding codes. For more information, visit the What's Included in Our Plans page.
This traditional Craftsman home has many design features found in homes of greater value and square footage. The front covered porch runs the width of the home and is both inviting and relaxing for family and guests. The front foyer leads into either the large flex space or great room which is expansive and includes coffered ceilings, gas log fireplace and window views to the rear porch and additional patio areas. The kitchen and breakfast area is large and the breakfast area includes built-ins and provides rear porch access while the kitchen includes a center island, an additional raised bar area and a walk-in pantry. There are three bedrooms, each with their own walk-in closet and a shared hall bath on one side of the home while the opposite side of the home contains a half bath for guests, large utility room and the master suite. The master suite includes a large bedroom with trey ceiling, two large walk-in closets and a master bath which measures almost 9’ x 16’ and includes separate, dual vanities, jetted tub, separate shower and a compartmentalized toilet. The two car, side entry garage contains two separate storage areas, one of which is oversized and a separate side yard entry into the garage. Additionally, there is an upstairs, unfinished bonus room, full bath and closets making this a potential five bedroom, three and ½ bath home.
