About This Plan

This remarkably charming country Farmhouse plan delivers a simple single-story layout with a beautiful exterior countenance composed of white shakes and shingles, horizontal siding, and natural contrasting elements. The polished courtyard entry leads to the two-car garage that is an angled front entry and hosts enough space for vehicles, a sink, and possibly a workbench next to the sink. There are two exits in the garage, one leading to the front covered porch and the other to the interior of the home. The rear of the home features a screened-in porch with a fireplace and a stone patio. The stone floor and vaulted ceiling are great highlights to the screened porch and adds to the value of the outdoor living space. The interior measures approximately 2,096 square feet of usable living space wrapped up in a single-story home. Upon front entry, there is a coat closet to hang jackets and shoes as you enter the foyer. From there the open floor concept is revealed immediately. With everything left in the open, this living arrangement encourages close family bonding and easier entertaining when more family and friends come over. The great room features a vaulted ceiling with a centrally located fireplace while the L-shaped kitchen features a center island, a walk-in pantry, and a window view over the sink. The split bedroom layout allows the master bedroom to have complete privacy away from the secondary bedrooms. The master features a tray ceiling in the bedroom, a luxurious master bathroom, and a large walk-in closet with sliding door access to the laundry room.
