About This Plan

This sweet Traditional house plan offers an uncomplicated exterior and roofline with siding, port window accents and an encased front entry. The front facing two car garage has good vehicle space, a pedestrian door to easily move lawn and garden equipment from inside the garage and an interior entrance into the home. Drawn on a basement foundation for additional space either now or in the future, the basement provides an additional square footage amount of approximately 1,185 square feet with two more bedrooms, a bath, a huge “hang out” spot for the family and an office for work-at-home professionals.


The main floor plan is functional and laid out efficiently with three bedrooms and two baths. The owner’s suite features a large bedroom with window views, a walk-in closet that is quite spacious and an ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedrooms have good floor space, window views and plentiful closet space and they share a hall bath.
