  • Building Sections - usually at least three or four but most different conditions are illustrated.
  • Roof Plan - 1/4" scale with structural sizes and often including both tile & comp/shake versions.
  • General Notes & Details - includes structural and insulation specifications and standard details.

What's not included:  House plans do not typically include mechanical, plumbing, or truss drawings. Additionally, some jurisdictions require a local architect or engineer to make adjustments to the plan to comply with local building codes. About This Plan

Slanted roofing and large sliding windows topped with a modern design make for an artistic Contemporary house plan. Measuring approximately 1,744 square feet with three bedrooms, two plus bathrooms, and a two car garage, this house plan features a great open floor concept in a single story home. Both of the secondary bedrooms are right off the front door and contain vaulted features and great window views. They share a hall bathroom with an enlarged vanity and shower/tub combination. Extra linen closets and a coat closet line the hall before entering into the vaulted great room area open to the L-shaped kitchen and vaulted dining area. The kitchen features a center island with additional seating and a large sink. Floods of natural light fill these rooms as a fireplace makes a statement, and the built-in shelving, the built-in bookcase, and walk-in pantry finish off these rooms with the perfect touch. The guest powder room and laundry room are the last two pit stops before entering the master. The laundry room offers a sink and closet space, which makes for a convenient place the hang outerwear as you enter from the garage. The master bedroom completes the home and contains 9-foot ceilings, a walk-in closet, and an en suite with dual vanities, a tile shower, and a private toilet area.
