  • Floor Plans - fully detailed with structural elements sized.
  • Cabinet Elevations - often included on the floor plans.
  • Electrical Fixture Layout - usually included on the floor plans.
  • Foundation Plan - crawlspace is standard but basements & slabs are available.
  • Wall Section - usually included on the foundation plans.
  • Building Sections - usually at least three or four but most different conditions are illustrated.
  • Roof Plan - 1/4" scale with structural sizes and often including both tile & comp/shake versions.
  • General Notes & Details - includes structural and insulation specifications and standard details.

What's not included:  House plans do not typically include mechanical, plumbing, or truss drawings. Additionally, some jurisdictions require a local architect or engineer to make adjustments to the plan to comply with local building codes. About This Plan

With approximately 1,988 square foot, this Craftsman house plan details cedar shake siding mixed with natural elements to welcome your family home. The single-story layout outlines a comfortable living arrangement for years to come and is complete with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Upon front entry, there is a convenient coat closet in the foyer. The 11-foot great room flows wonderfully into the island kitchen and sunlit dining area with a built-in buffet table, and is equipped with a fireplace and a niche before the master. The study features a built-in computer desk and bookshelf while the kitchen features a sizable walk-in pantry.
