About This Plan

This one story Craftsman house plan features a lovely exterior and a floor plan that is open and inviting. The attractive exterior is highlighted with refreshing board and batten, a stone perimeter skirt, cedar shake detailed gables and a front covered porch. The front porch is spacious and a lovely greeting entry for family and friends. The interior floor plan is a marvelous blend of private family and entertaining space with approximately 1,800 square feet of living space. The home is situated on a crawl space foundation and features an open floor plan, three bedrooms and two baths. There is a three car garage with approximately 644 square feet of vehicle and storage space or the back space could be utilized as a workshop or hobby room. The laundry room is located directly off the garage for easy access and the opportunity for a tidy home environment. The front entry into the home’s interior is highlighted with an elongated hallway with a large coat closet before entering the open floor plan.
