What's Included in these plans?

  • FOUNDATION
    Slab on Grade: Most of these designers plans are designed with a raised slab to reduce heat loss and give owners the best option for radiant floor heating.
    Crawl Space:  Type of foundation can be viewed on each plan's detail page.
    Basement:  Our basement is indicated as lower level floor plan and detailed appropriately.
  • FLOOR PLAN(S)
    Floor plans are drawn at ¼" scale and incorporate 24" module framing for material conservation.
    Exterior walls are drawn as 2' x 6' framing with optional insulation detail provided in our Conservation Guide included with all plans.
  • ROOF PLAN
    House plans include a roof framing and drainage sheet and truss profiles where appropriate.
  • EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS
    Each house plan includes four sides, elevations as well as any special exterior details.
  • SECTION VIEWS
    Showing interior framing i.e. stairs, structural beams, joists, rafters, truss, and interior elevations.
  • ELECTRICAL PLAN
    In general, each house plan set includes an electrical plan showing lights, fans, switches, special receptacles, and mechanical equipment locations.

About This Plan

Supreme green and a passive solar design are featured in this attractive one and half storied home along with an Energy Star rating; the trusted symbol assigned to energy efficient products designed for costs reduction and protection of the environment. Panoramic window vistas abound in the home along with wide open interior spaces and vaulted ceilings giving this passive solar home an “all star” appearance and rating.
