About This Plan

This Cottage house plan features amazing outdoor space and a striking façade. The combination of warm woods, beautiful stonework, exposed rafters and beautiful detailing creates alluring curb appeal. Three covered porches nicely tie the organic “vibe” of the home together while providing plenty of relaxing and entertaining space. There is one bedroom, one bath, good storage space and an open floor plan within the home’s approximate 727 square feet of living space. The home also comes with a two car side loading garage; there is a pedestrian door, an adjacent mechanical room as well as access to one of the covered porches which measures 6’ x 13’ and offers a nice spot to relax once the lawn has been cut or after the day’s adventure. Stone pillars and wide columned beams trim the remaining two porches beautifully; the main entrance porch features the perfect spot to greet family and friends and a large amount of space for dining al fresco. Located directly off the porch is a storage room as well as an entry/exit point into the garage.
