This Country house plan features a charming exterior and small, yet efficient interior floor plan. The exterior of the home is highlighted with horizontal siding, a multitude of window views, a gable entrance and wide eaves overhead. The one story interior offers approximately 952 square feet of living space that incorporates two bedrooms and one bath into the layout; perfect for a young family, a professional couple or empty nesters. Ideally suited to a narrow and/or small property lot, the home’s dimensions are respectively 34’ in width and 28’ plus in depth. Whether used as a permanent residence or small family get-away, the home’s focus is on simplicity and comfort.
