About This Plan

This Country house plan features a charming exterior and small, yet efficient interior floor plan. The exterior of the home is highlighted with horizontal siding, a multitude of window views, a gable entrance and wide eaves overhead. The one story interior offers approximately 952 square feet of living space that incorporates two bedrooms and one bath into the layout; perfect for a young family, a professional couple or empty nesters. Ideally suited to a narrow and/or small property lot, the home’s dimensions are respectively 34’ in width and 28’ plus in depth. Whether used as a permanent residence or small family get-away, the home’s focus is on simplicity and comfort. There is also a basement foundation which could be used as storage or configured to include any number of additional family space such as extra bedrooms and baths, recreation and entertaining space or a multi-purpose family room for viewing television, playing board games or just “hanging out.”

Beautiful French doors provide access into the home’s interior and there are matching overhead bowed window inserts. The family style kitchen features a breakfast bar for additional seating options, double window views and good counter and cabinet space. Travelling the rear hallway, two bedrooms and one bath are revealed. The master bedroom is highlighted with generous floor space, a triple window accent and a spacious master closet. The second bedroom is slightly smaller with double window views and plentiful closet space.
