This split foyer house plan features a main floor with an open layout, three bedrooms and two baths in approximately 982 square feet of usable living space. There is an unfinished basement foundation which could substantially increase the home’s square footage, if needed, or the basement could serve as massive storage space. The home’s exterior features closed gables, picturesque window views and a front covered porch that is warm and inviting. The home’s drawings include 34’ and 30’, width and depth dimensions that are perfect for a narrow and/or small property lot. Welcoming family and friends into the home, a greeting foyer and coat closet is revealed before stepping into the open layout. There is a spacious living room with a step-up into the dining room and both rooms boast of triple window walls for an airy and sun lit space. The U-shaped kitchen features plenty of counter and cabinet space and a wood timber balcony is accessible from the kitchen.
The central hallway features two family style bedrooms with double window views and plentiful closet space. There is a shared hall bath with vanity space, a toilet area and a tub/shower combination. The master suite is highlighted with good floor space, wonderful window views and an attached master walk-in closet. The en suite bath features modern amenities that include a vanity and toilet area and a shower. This compact home is fully functional, makes efficient use of the floor space and allows for future expansion possibilities.
