About This Plan

This Cottage house plan may be small but it packs a punch with its gorgeous exterior and efficient interior floor plan. The plan would be “at home” in an urban, suburban or rural setting and would make the most charming second/vacation home or empty nest home. The wall to wall porch is a lovely entrance for family and friends to enter the home or to simply sit and relax on. Substantial beams, a front center door and symmetrical windows add character and depth to the home’s façade. The plan features approximately 992 square feet of living space in one story with two bedrooms and one bath and is ideal for a narrow lot with its 31’ width.
