About This Plan

This amazing Modern house plan features a gorgeous exterior with warm wood accents, plenty of window views and a spacious entertaining space where family and friends can gather with ease. There are multiple entry and exit points from the interior plan to the outdoor space making it perfect for relaxing, outdoor dining and entertaining. The overhang is a decidedly bold design choice with large, exposed rafters and beautiful natural wood on the 56’W x 8’D deck/porch. The interior plan features two bedrooms and two baths on the main floor of living where there is approximately 1,455 square feet of living space. The centrally located entry into the home grant access to the open floor plan which features a vaulted ceiling great room and dining space. This large space measure 29’ x 18’ and offers sliders onto the deck/porch at one end and the kitchen is located on the opposite side. The kitchen features great counter and cabinet space along with an L-shaped eat-in bar. Nearby is the utility room/pantry which has plenty of space for laundry chores, small household appliances and food storage.


On either endcap of the plan are the bedrooms and baths along with a mechanical room. The primary suite features a nice size vaulted bedroom, walk-in closet and private bath which houses a vanity space, a toilet area, and a shower.
