A Traditional home full of high quality exterior design elements and spacious, well appointed interior rooms are highlighted in this 2,525 square foot home. A low maintenance brick exterior with multiple split gables highlighted with wide eaves presents a classic and timeless façade. The one story home contains four bedrooms and three bedrooms along with an additional 534 square foot garage. There is a front covered entrance that allows guests and family to step into the foyer which is flanked by the dining room and home theatre/living room. Soaring ceiling heights and column detailing are features in both rooms and the dining room has a pass-thru to the kitchen. The grand kitchen offers specialized detailing and heightened ceiling volumes; there is a separate pantry, an angled breakfast bar and a gallery hall that leads into the adjacent breakfast room. Built-in cabinetry and a bay window line the sun drenched breakfast room and there is access onto the spacious grilling porch. The covered porch is extensive and is highlighted with a measurable space in excess of 30’x14’ and contains an outdoor fireplace for chilly mornings and nights. Access off the porch into the centrally located great room reveals a large space with a warming fireplace, built-in cabinetry and the room is open to the kitchen. The two car garage features additional storage space and conveniently leads into the oversized laundry room with a sink area and nearby closet.
The split bedroom plan features three bedrooms and two baths on one end of the home. Bedroom two is large with double window views, double closets and adjacent access onto the rear porch. A shared bath is positioned between bedrooms two and three and is highlighted with dual lavatories. The third bedroom is of equivalent size to the second and also contains plentiful closet space. The fourth bedroom is spacious with an adjacent full bath featuring a large vanity. The master suite’s location on the opposite side of the home provides a private oasis full of uncompromising luxury. The master bedroom enjoys a large footprint with a soaring boxed ceiling accent and private access onto the rear porch. An en suite master bath features a glass shower with seating area, a linen closet, corner whirlpool tub encased in glass block window views and dual vanities. The master walk-in closet is offset from the bath and features generous closet space. This traditional home features a spectacular exterior façade and an interior that is fully functional and comfortable.
