This Traditional house plan features outstanding exterior architectural elements and an interior comprised of approximately 2,495 square feet of living space. The exterior of the home is highlighted with a brick perimeter, a stone wall feature, horizontal siding and abundant window views. There is also a drive under two car garage which is massive containing in excess of 1,063 square feet of vehicle and storage space along with additional storage space at the rear of the garage. Adjacent to the garage is the laundry room, a hobby/craft space, a half-bath and a bonus space with another 776 square feet of space. This large bonus room is perfect for a casual family room, media/gaming space or a multi-purpose room for the family’s enjoyment.

The main floor of the home is accessed from either the lower level or the front entrance where there is a walk-up staircase and covered porch entryway. The spacious foyer features a lovely planter space which is flanked by the dual staircases as well as the study/bedroom two and the formal dining room.
