The sense of warmth and hospitality the home displays is first established when viewing the exterior façade. There is a tidy courtyard entrance along with an expansive front covered porch highlighted with columned beams and an overheard gabled dormer. The interior layout includes approximately 2,611 square feet of living space in 1.5 stories that incorporates three bedrooms and two plus baths into the space. Additionally, the home’s drawings include a slab, crawl space, unfinished or daylight basement; the basement options considerably enhance the home’s square footage and versatility. Another comprehensive space is the second level bonus room which features 424 square feet. All in all, this home is generously sized and offers years of comfortable living for an extended or large family. French door access into the home sets the tone and features a spacious foyer with column beam highlights. The voluminous great room is highlighted with a wet bar, handsome fireplace, built-in cabinetry, vaulted ceilings and offers access to the rear deck. The expansive deck is great entertaining space and spans the length of the home eventually culminating into a step-down hot tub area with bench seating. The grand kitchen features an angled bar area, a separate pantry and opens onto the casual breakfast room. There is an adjacent formal dining room allowing for multiple seating options while hosting special family events and occasions. A huge utility room features sink space and loads of counter space and there is a powder room for guests on this level, as well.
Two family bedrooms are located on one side of the home and feature good floor space in the bedrooms.
