About This Plan

This Ranch house design features a low maintenance brick exterior and a spacious well-designed floor plan. The exterior is comprised of multiple gables with wide eaves, beautiful window views and a front covered porch with columned beams. The interior layout is open with a split bedroom plan that is perfect for family living. There are approximately 2,096 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two plus baths. There is a three car side loading garage; double bays on one end and a large adjacent single bay with pedestrian door access between the two. There is also a rear pedestrian door on the single bay which could be used as a workshop/garage combination or workshop/hobby room. Within the single bay, there is a half bath as well and the double bay contains an additional storage room. The front covered entrance leads to the foyer and coat closet before opening onto the gallery hallway and subsequent open floor plan. The centrally located great room is spacious with a 9’ boxed ceiling, a warming fireplace and access to the rear grilling porch. This outdoor area is large and is the perfect spot for family fun and gatherings, summer cook-outs and relaxing. There is a casual breakfast room that is bright and sunny situated in a bay window and the formal dining room is located at the opposite end of the kitchen beyond the gallery hall.
