This Ranch house design features a low maintenance brick exterior and a spacious well-designed floor plan. The exterior is comprised of multiple gables with wide eaves, beautiful window views and a front covered porch with columned beams. The interior layout is open with a split bedroom plan that is perfect for family living. There are approximately 2,096 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two plus baths. There is a three car side loading garage; double bays on one end and a large adjacent single bay with pedestrian door access between the two. There is also a rear pedestrian door on the single bay which could be used as a workshop/garage combination or workshop/hobby room.
