Aptly named for the warm region it represents, this Mediterranean house design features smooth stucco, beautifully decorated columns, Palladian style window views and a gorgeous courtyard entry. The exterior façade is warm and inviting and the single story living space features traditional Mediterranean family common rooms as well as the more formal rooms of the home.
