Smooth stucco walls, fanciful window detailing, open gables and an incredible courtyard entrance and front covered porch outline the exterior of this Mediterranean house plan. Double stacked substantial columned beams, a soaring entryway and a brick laced overhead gable highlight the beautiful entrance into the home’s interior where there is approximately 3,242 square feet of living space. There are three to four bedrooms and three baths in the one story home along with wide opens space perfect for entertaining and a superior lifestyle. The front foyer is flanked by a formal dining space and a private study before opening onto the centrally located living room where there is a corner warming fireplace and French door access onto the rear covered lanai. The lanai is an extensive space with a summer kitchen and the addition of the pool concept really sparks the imagination leading to dreams of a large space in which family and friends can gather in comfort enjoying afternoon cook-outs and outdoor activities. In true Mediterranean fashion, the family spaces are situated in the rear of the home; there is a casual dining nook surrounded with window views and a large family room with lanai access. The grand kitchen features an extended breakfast bar and plenty of counter and cabinet space.
