About This Plan

This Traditional house plan features a two storied floor plan and an attractive exterior façade. There is horizontal siding, a simple roofline and a front covered entrance trimming the exterior of the home. The interior layout is comprised of two bedrooms and one plus baths in approximately 962 square feet of usable living space. The home design is perfect for a small and/or narrow lot with its respective 14’ width and 40’ depth dimensions making it a good choice for an urban property lot. The front covered porch grants entrance into the home’s open layout where a spacious great room is revealed. Beyond the great room is a sizable kitchen with a peninsula snack bar and a side wall housing modern amenities and plenty of additional counter and cabinet space. The rear of the home features the home’s laundry facilities, a food storage pantry and a spacious half bath for family and guests. A coat closet is situated at the foot of the second story staircase for convenience.
There is a spacious second level landing which houses the full bath containing an extended vanity, a toilet area and a tub/shower combination. One of the bedrooms features good rectangular floor space, window views and a walk-in closet while the other bedroom is spacious with double wall-to-wall closet space. This home, while compact, yields an efficient and comfortable floor plan for a small family or young professionals and could function as either a vacation or starter home.
