About This Plan

Reminiscent of farm homes of the Victorian period, this design features a centrally located living room with 12’ ceilings and a brick wood burning fireplace. The living room is open to the dining and foyer separated only by matched columns. Have you noticed that all bedrooms have huge walk-in closets? More storage abounds in the kitchen with its floor to ceiling built-in pantry and broom storage in the utility room. This is a super energy saving home featuring 2x6 exterior walls, 12” attic insulation and many other energy saving features.
