This narrow lot home features a width of 32’ and a depth of 34’ with approximately 1,110 square feet of usable living space that incorporates two bedrooms and two baths into the floor plan. The exterior façade of the home is characterized with traditional seaside home design features that enhance the casual “vibe” of oceanfront living.
