What's not included: House plans do not typically include mechanical, plumbing, or truss drawings. Additionally, some jurisdictions require a local architect or engineer to make adjustments to the plan to comply with local building codes. We advise you to check with your local building department regarding codes. For more information, visit the What's Included in Our Plans page.
This plan is for those excited to build their own incredible French Country cottage! The lightly-hued brickwork makes for a remarkably charming exterior while the immense amount of windows welcomes the sun into the home for natural light to radiate the interior. The smaller details of the lighting fixtures, the wood panels, and the step-up entryway really make the exterior pop with style. The three-car garage is a side-entry with plenty of vehicle and storage space while the rear porch completes the exterior and serves as a welcoming place for outdoor grilling and entertaining. The interior measures approximately 3,032 square feet with four bedrooms and two plus bathrooms in a single-story home. The open floor plan is the first thing you’ll get an immediate sense of as the foyer opens to the dining room and then to the vaulted great room. The spacious great room delights in a few highlights such as the centrally located non-vented gas log fireplace, brick accent walls, a vaulted ceiling, and access to the rear porch. Past the timber entryway to the gourmet kitchen, a spacious central island showcases a double sink, high top seating, the dishwasher, and the trash area. The gourmet kitchen also features plenty of countertop, cabinetry, and a walk-in pantry. The breakfast nook enjoys a sunlit corner. With the split bedroom layout, the master bedroom enjoys plenty of privacy away from the secondary bedrooms. Its corner location is close to the three-car garage, storage area in the entryway, half bathroom, and the laundry room. The master bedroom features a tray ceiling with a 11-foot ceiling height, barn door access to the master bathroom, and a walk-in closet with built-in countertops and a dresser. The secondary bedrooms share a hall bathroom with dual vanities, two linen closets, and a walk-in closets in the bedrooms. The future bonus room includes an en suite with a shower and a walk-in closet.
