Rear porch access and a triple window wall are located off the great room; the rear covered porch is large with an optional outdoor summer kitchen which is perfect for lazy summer day cook-outs. There is an enormous center island with breakfast bar, plenty of additional counter and cabinet space and a generously proportioned walk-in food storage pantry is located directly off the kitchen. Situated between the kitchen and the garage is a large mudroom with lockers, a powder room and the laundry room which offers a sink, good counter space and enough room for a freezer.
The split bedroom plan features three secondary bedrooms, a master suite and three full bathrooms. Bedroom two offers a double window view overlooking the front covered porch and generous closet space while the third bedroom is similar sized with single window views and a walk-in closet.
