What's not included: House plans do not typically include mechanical, plumbing, or truss drawings. Additionally, some jurisdictions require a local architect or engineer to make adjustments to the plan to comply with local building codes. We advise you to check with your local building department regarding codes. For more information, visit the What's Included in Our Plans page.
This three-bedroom, two-plus bathroom Craftsman house plan is for those who are looking for a simple layout with an exterior loaded with awesome curb appeal. The tapered column front porch, the stonework of the perimeter skirt, and the mixed material siding create a dazzling Craftsman style home design. The two-car carport located at the rear of the home offers a single-car garage, access to the rear porch, and entry in the home through the mudroom furnished with built-in lockers. The rear porch calls for relaxing under the shade, summer barbeques, and cookouts with the optional outdoor kitchen.
Measuring approximately 2,151 square feet, the split bedroom floor plan allows for more privacy of the owner's suite and keeps the secondary bedrooms close with only a hall bathroom between them. The secondary bedrooms are similarly sized with ample closet space, while the primary bedroom enjoys a luxurious en suite bath that includes a custom walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a jet tub. The attached closet contains a center island and sliding door access to the laundry room where there is plenty of countertop space, a sink, and room for a deep freezer. There is an optional bonus room with a full bathroom and double closet space making it just right for a guest bedroom. The common areas excel in an open-concept layout right as you walk in the front door. The great room features a non-vented gas log fireplace flanked by built-in shelving while the island kitchen offers a delightful rear-facing window over the sink and high top seating on the center island. Around the corner of the refrigerator lies the walk-in pantry with counter space. This delightful Craftsman house plan highlights a simply-mapped interior with an awesome exterior designed for great curb appeal.
