European in nature and design, this attractive house plan features a low maintenance exterior and an open floor plan interior. Contrasting brick work, a hip roof, a brick alcove entryway and brick arches atop window views combine to create an alluring exterior. The interior floor plan features an open layout on one floor with a split bedroom plan for privacy. Approximately 1,500 square feet of living space offers three bedrooms and two baths on either a slab or crawl space foundation. Walking into the interior of the home, the spacious foyer opens onto the front office through French doors; this is great space for a private office and the large window view brings in plenty of natural light. There is a large great room with ten foot ceiling heights with rear window views and access onto the rear covered porch. Easy entertaining is available in the space and there is a subsequent patio as well for grilling, outdoor family fun and relaxing. The formal dining room and grand kitchen are both open to the great room for easy access and good flow. The dining room features 9’ ceiling heights and offers a nice space for family meals. The kitchen is highlighted with a peninsula bar offering additional seating options for casual dining as well as a separate food storage pantry, double sink window views and plenty of additional counter and cabinet space. The two car front loading garage provides good vehicle space and there is a rear room for storage items. The split bedroom plan offers a private master suite on one side of the home where the master bedroom is highlighted with good floor space, an overhead tray ceiling and rear window views. The master walk-in closet is located off the bathroom for convenience. The en suite bath features dual vanities, a compartmentalized toilet, a corner jet tub and separate shower. The remaining two bedrooms are of equivalent size with 9’ ceiling heights, window views and ample closet space. A hall closet is great for linens and other storage items and the shared hall bath also features a separate linen closet, a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.
