This charming Modern Farmhouse design features historical period detailing on the exterior façade which consists of exposed rafters, wide eaves encased in the split gables and a front covered porch featuring broad columns and open railing. Quaint and characteristically welcoming, the exterior provides a brick foundation, cedar shingles and an ideal spot to call home. The 28’ width dimension is perfect for a narrow property lot and could be configured for an urban or vacation home. The interior floor plan features approximately 1,300 square feet of living space and within that space lays three bedrooms and two baths. While compact, the home offers a plethora of comfortable and modernly equipped rooms which provide an efficient layout to the home.
The front covered porch leads to the interior great room which is highlighted with 10’ ceilings, further adding to the spaciousness of the room, and there is a handsome fireplace with entertainment niche overhead. Beyond the great room is the formal dining space that opens onto the family friendly kitchen where a large center island takes “top billing.” A separate pantry, menu desk and a plethora of additional counter and cabinet space outline the remainder of the kitchen. There is a large utility room at the rear of the home for convenience along with outdoor storage space and access to the optional carport. A screened in porch, measuring in excess of 18’x8’ provides excellent entertaining space, outdoor dining space and a three season room. True to form, this Craftsman inspired home features a minimal hallway where two family styled bedrooms and a bath reside. The bedrooms are equivalent sized, feature plentiful closet space and window views. There is a shared hall bath positioned between the bedrooms and a hall linen closet as well. The owner's suite is situated at the rear of the home for privacy and is highlighted by a spacious bedroom with a trey ceiling and 10’ ceiling heights. There is an attached walk-in closet and en suite master bath. The primary bath includes dual vanities, a linen closet, private toilet area and a whirlpool tub. This home is perfectly designed for a small family or young professionals and features a fully functional floor plan and a visually pleasing exterior.
