About This Plan

This 1-1/2 story Traditional house plan features a beautiful exterior highlighted with wood shingles, a window planter and a brick veneer foundation. The wraparound covered front porch leads into the well appointed interior which features a dramatic two story foyer which anchors both the formal living and dining room. The kitchen and breakfast room are expansive with a triple window back deck view from the breakfast room. The kitchen offers a raised bar area, separate pantry and an abundance of additional counter and cabinet space. The family room is located at the rear of the home and offers a fireplace and rear deck access through double French doors.
