What's not included: House plans do not typically include mechanical, plumbing, or truss drawings. Additionally, some jurisdictions require a local architect or engineer to make adjustments to the plan to comply with local building codes. We advise you to check with your local building department regarding codes. For more information, visit the What's Included in Our Plans page.
This is one of our most popular floor plans; however, we added additional features to increase its value which include a bonus room, a mud room and added more room to the already oversized master closet. The traditional brick exterior is highlighted with a Palladian window, multi level trim and a covered front porch. The design details in this home are highlighted by trey and vaulted ceilings in the living, dining and family room as well as the master suite of the home which lend itself to providing an open and airy floor plan. The living and dining room are anchored by the foyer which also opens onto the large family room, is highlighted by a fireplace and provides a rear view to the approximately 15’x13’ screened porch. The screened porch is adjacent to the deck and both are accessible through the triple bay window breakfast room. The kitchen is large and offers a counter bar area, separate pantry and an abundance of additional counter and cabinet space. Two bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and a shared jack and jill bath with separate dual vanities are situated on one side of the home along with additional storage space. The master suite offers true luxury and includes an oversized bedroom with an additional sitting area and access to the rear deck along with an oversized walk-in closet and master bath. The master bath offers dual vanities, a garden tub and separate shower. A powder room for guests, laundry area and a three car, side entry garage complete the main level of the home. Upstairs, the bonus room contains 434 square feet of additional living space making this home a true oasis for the discriminating homeowner.
