About This Plan

This Victorian style home has irresistible charm and a livable floor plan for narrow lots. From the expansive covered front porch, you enter into the dramatic foyer which flows into the large family room with a fireplace and double French doors leading onto the front porch. The dining room is accessible through French doors from the family room and has a rear set of French doors leading out onto the oversized rear deck. The kitchen and breakfast room is spacious with a center island, separate pantry, plenty of cabinet and additional counter space along with access to the rear deck. A half bath and coat closet complete the main level living.
