About This Plan

This low maintenance brick exterior Ranch styled house design continues to be one of the most relevant and sought after house plans on the market today. The elegant brick exterior is accentuated with a Palladian style window, multi-level trim and an attractive front covered porch highlighted with arched openings. This approximate 1,992 square foot home features three bedrooms, two plus baths and the home’s drawings include a slab, crawl space or basement foundation. The three car side loading garage conveniently leads into the family laundry room before passing by the guest powder room. The front entrance features a greeting foyer that extends into the open concept layout which includes formal living and dining rooms, both of which feature either vaulted or trey ceilings and multiple window views.
