About This Plan

This delightful Modern Farmhouse plan is loaded with stunning curb appeal and a functional, open interior layout designed so each family member will find the comfort they need. The interior measures approximately 3,497 square feet with five bedrooms and four plus bathrooms. The two car garage features a sink and a pedestrian door. The covered terrace is a beautiful place to dine al fresco or lounge out soaking in the sun.

The front entrance is open to the mudroom, office/den, and stairwell to the second floor. Just beyond that are the guest powder room and laundry room which contains countertop space and a sink.
