About This Plan

A wide variety of housing needs could be met with this alluring Country house plan. The house could be utilized as a guest cottage on a large estate, a vacation home or as an empty nester’s sanctuary. The two bedroom, one bath floor plan is housed within 835 square feet of living space and the 28’ and 32’, respective width and depth dimensions, make it ideal for a small and/or narrow lot. A basement foundation is included with the home’s drawings and provides an opportunity for future expansion and an increase in the home’s square footage and value. The attractive exterior is highlighted with a split gable, columned beams outlining the front covered porch and double door access into the home where a greeting foyer and coat closet are situated.
