About This Plan

This modern house plan is a superior example of form and function merging in an exemplary fashion. Ideal for a narrow lot, the home’s width is measured at 28’; yet, a spacious interior and two car garage is offered in the house plan. The combined space features approximately 784 square feet of heated space and the garage is in excess of 583 square feet.
