About This Plan

The punched-out front entrance along with the juxtaposition of the glass enclosed exterior and the burnished wood frame accomplishes line definition, breaks up the first and second story of the home and signals the entrance into the home. Pop out windows and metal framing give visual interest and texture to the home’s exterior façade. The 18’ width gives this home superior “narrow lot” status and yet, the home is spacious with approximately 1,968 square feet of living space encompassing three bedrooms and two baths.
