About This Plan

This 456 square foot cabin is ideal for hunters, nature lovers and dreamers. A lakeside or mountain location would be ideal and provide the perfect opportunity for swimming, boating or other outdoor activities. There is one bedroom, one bath and a fully functional kitchen in addition to sleeping and living quarters. The rustic exterior is comprised of natural elements; stone, wood and exposed rafters. A foundation of piling and steps leading to the outdoor space and add character and charm to the house design. The cabin is ideal for small lots as it measures 25’ both for the width and depth and has 8’ ceiling heights. The exterior staircase leads to the outdoor space which features a sleeping couch, wood stove and a 12’x12’ covered porch. Sliding glass doors off the porch lead into the main common spaces; the living room is spacious with a cozy fireplace which is perfect for those chilly mornings and evenings. The kitchen is a practical space with room for a stove, refrigerator and ample cabinet space. There is a spacious bedroom with plenty of closet space. The bathroom features a shower, sink area and toilet. This rustic cabin provides the exact amenities needed for a woodsy vacation home whether you are an outdoorsman or looking for an undisturbed location to relax.
