About This Plan

A plethora of enticing design elements grace the front exterior of this Craftsman house plan. There is a substantial overhead open gable, a brick perimeter skirt and pillars, board and batten siding and a lovely front covered porch to be enjoyed as guests and family are greeted into the home. Unbelievably, the rear covered porch is even larger and can function as entertaining space, relaxing with family and friends or just a place to enjoy family life. The 2 car side entry garage is located at the rear of the home granting unobstructed views of the front exterior. Once you enter from the garage, there is a mudroom, the utility room, and a half bath.


This Exclusive plan has approximately 2,000 square feet of living space and features three or four bedrooms and two plus bathrooms. The two secondary bedrooms are on one side of the home and a shared hall bath is nearby.
