About This Plan

Offering much curb appeal, this exclusive Modern Farmhouse house plan highlights a dazzling, open 2,070 square foot home with three-to-four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The exterior facade showcases all the classic farmhouse details with added appeal featured in the steel awning accents, brick perimeter skirt, and window panels. These charming details run along the 360 view of the home as the side-entry garage delivers a pedestrian door and an overhead bonus room. Inside the two-car garage, there is a storage corner as well as a front-facing windows. More windows views align the rear of the home to graciously soak in natural lighting to the dining room and the owner’s suite. The deep-set rear porch offers excellent space to place outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The front covered porch delivers plenty of space to greet family and friends or have conversations with neighbors.

The front entry grants immediate access to the vaulted family room and stairway leading to the optional fourth bedroom. To the left, there is a coat closet, access to the laundry room, and access to the owner’s suite. As you enter the family room, your eyes will fixate on the warming fireplace flanked by built-in shelving where you are easily able to decorate with knick-knacks and cherished photos. The room welcomes natural light from the two large windows and the overhead dormer windows. This room will surely serve as the main stage for entertaining and enjoying spending time with loved ones. The adjoining kitchen is very open and is complete with a center island, a corner pantry, and a dining area.

The owner’s suite is separate from the secondary bedrooms and features a lovely coffered ceiling. The room is brightened by the extra windows aligning the room while the en suite bathroom details a wonderful soaking tub, shower, two vanities, and a private toilet. Across the way is Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3. Both of the secondary bedrooms host similar space with a roomy step-in closet allowing for plenty of clothing storage. Both bedrooms also share the hall bathroom with double vanities and a full shower/bath. For added storage, there is a large linen closet across from the bathroom.

Completing the house is the optional fourth bedroom located on the half floor. The optional fourth bedroom functions well as a guest bedroom with a full bathroom and two closets. This Modern Farmhouse house plan features an incredible layout with versatile living space to perfectly suit the homeowners’ needs.
