This traditional Country house plan has great curb appeal and a spacious interior floor plan. The two story home boasts of four bedrooms and two plus bathrooms in approximately 3,000 square feet of living space. The exterior of the home features exposed rafters, beautiful window detail and a covered front porch with side alcove. The dramatic foyer is large and provides entrance into the formal living room which is spacious and has a front triple window wall. The living room is open to the formal dining room and makes this a great entertaining space. The open concept family living spaces include the kitchen, casual breakfast room and family room. The gourmet kitchen is ideal for the family chef and features an angled breakfast bar, double ovens and an enormous walk-in pantry. The breakfast room would comfortably hold a country farmhouse table and provides access to the rear porch while the family room measures 16’x17’, has soaring ceiling heights and includes a handsome fireplace flanked by built-in cabinetry.
