About This Plan

Decorative brackets, brick work, shakes, siding and visually interesting window detailing highlight this narrow lot plan. There are approximately 2,200 square feet of living space which contains four bedrooms and three baths along with an unfinished basement foundation which has the potential to substantially increase the home’s square footage and value. The front covered porch stretches into the two story foyer which extends to the formal dining room which is open and features column detailing. The gourmet kitchen is quite spacious with a large center island, a breakfast bar, an abundance of additional counter and cabinet space, a separate pantry and a desk area.
