About This Plan

This family friendly home is ideally suited for a narrow lot with its 28’ width. Craftsman features are highlighted on the exterior of the home and include stone work, siding and column detailing which exudes warmth and visual interest. An unfinished basement foundation in addition to the approximate 2,100 square feet of living space adds value and versatility to the floor plan. There are four bedrooms and two plus bathrooms in this two storied home. The front covered porch leads to the two story foyer which passes through to the family room. The family room is an enormous space with 9’ ceilings, a corner fireplace and provides access to the rear deck. It is open to the formal dining room making this a great space for entertaining large groups of family and friends. The family friendly kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space, a separate pantry and anchors the dining room and casual breakfast room which is spacious and bright. A powder room for guest, coat closet and two car garage completes the open concept first floor living area. A balcony overlook into the foyer and open railing highlight the second story landing.
