About This Plan

This traditional Country styled home features an outstanding exterior with a covered front porch, stacked stone column beams and handsome windows with shutter detail. The front porch highlights a stacked stone wall feature and offers an inviting space in which to greet family and guest. The interior floor plan offers approximately 2,600 square feet of living space and a basement option could potentially add an additional 1,300 square feet making this home ideal for a large family. The large covered front porch leads to the dramatic two story foyer which houses the side staircase to the second story of the home. The spacious family room features a handsome fireplace surrounded on both sides by picturesque windows and provides side porch access.
