This traditional home has a spacious floor plan and a prominent exterior which features brick, board and batten, shakes and an overall sense of symmetry. The interior floor plan has plenty of living space with approximately 3,700 square feet and an unfinished basement foundation which adds an additional 1,742 square feet. The formal living room or study is situated off the foyer for privacy and could function as a fifth bedroom with the available walk-in closet. The formal dining room is highlighted with columns and a trey ceiling. The family friendly living spaces are situated at the rear of the home and include the family room, kitchen, breakfast and keeping room. The two story family room is a great open space and features a rear wall fireplace flanked by picturesque windows. There is fabulous kitchen with breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, desk area, double ovens and an abundance of additional counter and cabinet space.
